Returns
- In case of a manufacturing defect, we will replace the product if it reaches us within 7 days post delivery.
- A product’s part or entire sales package will be replaced depending on the defect.
- To be eligible for a Replacement, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with all accessories.
- In case of replacement customer well be responsible & will bare the cost of shipping the product back to us in it’s original form. Shipping cost are non-refundable.
- Once the product is received, it will be inspected within 24-48 hours before a replacement can be processed.
Cancellation Policy
Imported product & Personalized order once placed will not be cancelled.
Unfortunately, an order cannot be cancelled once its placed.
Replacement (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will contact you to notify you that we have received your replacement item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your replacement. No Warranty on Dead batteries.
If approved, then your replacement will be processed within a 5-7 days.
Return on electronic items (including batteries) will not be accepted. Only Replacement will be offered.
